If I could give a 6th star, I would! The absolute best melt in your mouth, fall of the bone ribs I've EVER had. Even my partner who isn't a rib lover admitted the ribs here are like heaven. Cozy place with service that is warm and welcoming. A must if you are in St-Sauveur. We will be DEFINITELY be returning

This is a simply great family restaurant. The waitress is very friendly and bilingual. The food is terrific and is only outdone by the atmosphere.The owners pop in and say hello to the patrons. They are very nice people who only add to your dining experience. This will definately be my regular dining out place!

By far one of the top ribs I have ever had. If you are staying in the area definitely give them a try. You will not regret it. Very friendly and cozy place!

We searched for a good easy sit to dine place and we found Le Rio situated in Saint-Sauveur. They do delicious foods there but they are specialized in barbecued ribs. The only thing that am giving it 4 stars is because of the price, a bit high in my opinion.

A fantastic place to go and eat in St. Sau! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food...omg the food!! We each had a whole rack of ribs...huge, delicious, fall off the bone goodness. Definitely some of the best ribs we've ever had.

Ribs is the only way to go, the rest is just OK. The ribs are amazing. If you go there by winter time keep your coat on. It is freezing, the house is 160 years old! Really "champêtre" but heating option should be considered.

Quaint place with really accommodating and nice staff but unfortunately food preparation is seriously lacking. After waiting a rather long time, calamari entree was not properly cleaned and steak was seriously under done.

The best ribs in town, made to an old texan recipie. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The owner stops at each table to ensure everyone is happy. In the summer there is a lovely terrace with large umbrellas over each table. Parking is in the street. There are bathrooms. No access for wheel chaires. Suitable for family outings. Might wish to call and reserve a suitable seating arrangement.

Dined with my wife and two friends. Service was terrific, food was +A and we enjoyed the intimate ambiance. I had the ribs and they were the best I've ever had. I would recommend this restaurant very highly.

We discovered this little gem 6 years ago and we travel from Ottawa at least once a year just to come back to enjoy their amazing, fall off the bone, melt in your mouth ribs!! You must try this place and don't even bother looking at the menu. Just ask for the full rack of ribs!!

Excellent service and great food plus the ambiance was very good.The cauliflower soup was extremely tasty and thick.As for the calamari entrée it was home made so none off that supermarket fried rings.The main dish was their ribs with fries. The ribs where very soft and very tasty (their sauce was sweet while still being spicy...) And their fries are home made.Overall the service was great, fast and friendly.

Great ribs and burgers too. Good options for kids as well. The only downside ( but still not enough to rate it less then 5 stars ): expensive appetizers ( particularly the asparagus and brie quesadillas ).

Love love loved this place! I had the best rack of ribs I have ever had. Service was great and so kind. Was a little slow, but wasn't in a hurry to get in and out. Very adorable place, small and quaint. I would recommend making a reservation for groups more that two, place does not seat a lot. Would go here again in a heart beat.

The food was delightful, the service not so much. I accidentally dropped my water bottle just as we were about to be seated...An older blond waitress walks by and yells "watch your bottle" . Shortly after she gives the younger brunette waitress a look that she would have to take care of us. The brunette took our order. Never offered any suggestions or explained what came with our meal. Barely smiled . The salad presentation ..much to be desired. While waiting for the main course (approx 40 minutes), the waitress never passed by to see if we needed anything. While my ribs were slightly on the colder side, my husband's combo was the perfect temperature. In the end, The food was definately worth the wait (succulent ribs). It is too bad that the service took away from the overall experience.

Delicious ribs and chicken supreme! My husband and I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary and the waitress spoiled us by giving us a delicious chocolate cake and cognac with mint for dessert, on the house. Excellent service and lovely ambiance.
